Our biscuit and cookie pieces, crumbs and balls can be used as decorations or inclusions in industrial bakery, food manufacturing and QSR applications. Choose from Digestive, Cinnamon, Ginger, Bourbon, Dark Chocolate, Shortcake, Shortbread and Vegan varieties, or work with us to develop a bespoke recipe. Formats include 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7.5 mm and 10 mm grades, broken pieces, and pea-shaped pieces in 6 mm, 7.5 mm and 10 mm sizes.
